Illustrative example. Your advance rate and fee are set after a risk review of the work and who owes for it, and are shown in writing — in dollars and annualized — before you sign.

How it works

Five steps. You do two of them.

Factoring isn't a loan. We buy the invoice — the receivable becomes ours, and we collect it. You're not taking on debt; you're selling an asset you already own.

You send the invoice and the backup

Pay sheet, completed-work ticket, trip log, or the prime's production report. Upload it from the field — a photo is fine.

We verify the work with your customer

An API match against a production report, a one-click confirmation in the customer's portal, or a phone call. Whichever your customer's account calls for.

Once it's approved, we buy it and pay you

Money reaches you often the same day, and within 24 hours of approval, guaranteed. You see the cost — in dollars and annualized — and accept it before anything moves.

Your customer pays us

We send a Notice of Assignment so they know to remit to Net 1. We handle the follow-up, so you don't spend Fridays chasing accounts payable.

We release your reserve

The held-back portion comes back to you, less the fee that was disclosed up front. No new charges appear at the end.

The same timeline, everywhere

You see it. Your customer sees it. Our team sees it.

One thread per invoice, moving forward the moment a real event lands — not a status someone typed in later. Nobody has to call to ask where the money is.

Every state change is timestamped and permanent. If a number changes, there's a record of who changed it and why.

What it costs

The annualized number, out in the open.

For example, a 3% fee over 30 days works out to roughly 36% annualized. You should see your number that way before you sign, not in a footnote after. Move the sliders.

How pricing works

You pick how fast you get paid.

The fee is set the moment we buy your invoice and never changes after that — if your customer pays us late, that is our problem, not your bill.

Net 1
Highest

Funded the next business day.

The fastest we go. You are paying for speed.

Net 7
Lower

Funded within 7 days.

A week of patience lowers your fee.

Net 14+
Lowest

Funded within 14 days or longer.

Our lowest factoring fee.

Your advance rate and fee are set individually after a risk review — the completed work, who owes for it and how they pay, the invoice size, and your history with us. The exact fee in dollars and the annualized equivalent are shown in writing before you sign anything.

Which one are you?

Invoice face value $21,600
Our fee −$648
Reserve released when collected $2,592
Total you receive $20,952
Cost of this funding: $648 — about 43% annualized on the amount advanced. Short-term money is expensive money. Use it when the job it unlocks is worth more than the fee.

Estimate only — the sliders are examples, not our prices. Your actual advance rate and fee are set after a risk review of your customer's credit, the invoice, and your volume. Before you accept any funding you'll receive a written disclosure with the amount financed, the finance charge, the annualized rate, and prepayment terms — and nothing moves until you acknowledge it.

Where we draw the line

Speed is the product. Access is not for sale.

The only thing you ever pay for is getting paid sooner — and waiting is always free.

A free option, always

Standard-speed settlement costs nothing on the individual program. If you can wait, you should wait, and we'll say so.

The real rate, up front

Every offer shows the dollar cost and the annualized rate side by side, before you accept. Written, timestamped, and archived.

Nothing added later

The fee quoted at acceptance is the fee. No surprise charge shows up at reserve release, because the terms are frozen at purchase.

Your customer is underwritten, not you

Factoring works off your customer's ability to pay. A thin credit file on your side isn't what decides this.

Related deals are labeled

If an affiliated company is the one that owes the invoice, it's tagged as a related-party transaction and priced at arm's length. It never gets counted as third-party performance.

Bank changes are hard on purpose

Changing where money lands takes step-up verification and a confirmation on a second channel. It's the number one way people get robbed. We treat it that way.

Things we will never charge you

No tips No late fees No interest on interest No subscription to access your own money No penalty for paying early

WHY NET 1

Built for people who
already did the work.

Three things that make this different from a loan.

01

It's a sale, not a loan

We buy the receivable outright. Nothing appears on your balance sheet as debt, there's no monthly repayment, and no personal guaranty on the amount advanced.

02

Priced before you accept

Your advance rate and fee are fixed and shown in dollars — and annualized — before you sign anything. The rate on work we've already bought never changes afterwards.

03

Proof of work, not credit score

We look at completed work and who owes for it. Work order, date, address, start and end photos. Your credit history isn't the deciding factor.

QUESTIONS AT 9 PM?

Ask Eve.

Eve is our virtual assistant — an AI, not a person. She can explain how funding works, what documents you’ll need, and where to start, any hour you’re working. She never quotes your rate and never approves funding: your exact numbers are shown in writing before you sign, and a human at Net 1 reviews every submission.

QUESTIONS

What people ask us.

Quick answers before you apply.

Is this a loan?
No. We buy your receivable outright — it's a true sale. There's no repayment schedule, no interest accruing against you, and no debt entry on your books. What you pay is a discount fee on the invoice we purchase, disclosed before you accept.
How fast do I get paid?
Once your work is approved and you request funding, the advance is sent by ACH to the bank account on your file — often the same day, and within 24 hours of approval, guaranteed.
What does it cost?
You'll see the exact figure in dollars, and the annualized equivalent, before you sign anything — use the calculator above. The rate on work we've already purchased never changes afterwards.
What do I need to send you?
Your ID, business registration, and a recent invoice to start. Then, for each job or trip: the work order, date, account number, address, amount, and a start and end photo. That proof is what we fund against.
Do you check my credit?
Your credit score isn't the deciding factor. We're buying an obligation your customer owes, so what matters most is the completed work and who owes for it.
What if my customer doesn't pay?
That depends on the terms in your agreement, which state plainly whether the arrangement is recourse or non-recourse. It's written into the agreement you sign — never a surprise afterwards.
Can I get funded as a sole proprietor?
In most states, yes. New York requires a registered business entity. If you're operating under your own name, tell us your state and we'll say straight away whether we can fund you there.
