Tutorial

Learn the portal in five minutes.

Everything happens in one place: you file the work you've already completed, ask to be funded against it, and watch the money move — with the cost shown to you before anything happens.

Not a loan — we buy the invoiceCost disclosed before you acceptPaid within 24 hours of approval, guaranteed

Before you start

Three things make your setup quick.

A registered business entity

You invoice through a sole proprietorship with an EIN, a single-member LLC, or as a licensed operator. Individual operators can be funded this way — availability depends on your state.

Your customer's details

The company that owes you money — your prime, carrier, or base. We verify completed work with them before we buy it.

Where money should land

Your bank account details. You add them once in the portal; every screen after that shows only the last four digits.

From sign-up to money in your account

Seven steps. After the first two, it's a routine you repeat: file work, request funding, get paid.

Create your account

Go to net1payroll.com/portal/register. If we handed you an invite code, enter it there — it links your account to your company from the first sign-in.

Get set up

Your account walks you through the application: upload your documents — a phone photo is fine — and sign the Master Factoring Agreement online. Documents go straight into encrypted storage.

File your completed work

On My work, file each completed job or trip: the work order, a start and an end photo, and send it. This is the asset we buy — a pay sheet, completed-work ticket, trip log, or your prime's production report backs it up.

We verify and approve

We confirm the work with your customer — an API match, a one-click confirmation in their portal, or a phone call. Approved work becomes work you can draw against.

Request funding

On Funding requests, enter the amount you need. The portal shows your ceiling — computed from your approved work and your rate — and which work orders the request draws against. One request at a time; you see the cost in dollars and annualized, and accept it before anything moves.

Get paid

Once we approve the request, we buy the receivable and send the advance — often the same day, and within 24 hours of approval, guaranteed. Track the payout status right on your requests page.

Your reserve comes back

Your customer pays us — we send the Notice of Assignment and handle the follow-up. When it's collected, the held-back portion returns to you, less the fee disclosed up front. No new charges at the end.

Know your numbers first. The calculator on our home page shows what a funding costs in dollars and annualized before you ever sign anything. Your actual rate depends on your customer's credit, invoice size, and volume — and you receive a written disclosure before every funding.

If you get stuck

Real people, and a paper trail for every question.

Get help from the portal

Signed in, use the Get-help form on your account page. Your question lands in our queue with your account attached, so nobody asks you to repeat yourself.

Check your timeline

Every invoice moves Submitted → Verified → Funded → Collected → Released. You, your customer, and our team all see the same thread — nobody has to call to ask where the money is.
